Interactive Smart Forms
Forms are utilised everywhere - from paper forms that we manually complete to interactive, data-driven forms submitted on line or by e-mail. Today, a decade in to the 21st century, there are far too many of the paper kind! They waste our time and money, annoy our customers, create security and disposal problems, and clog our filing cabinets.
Wills Business Improvement, again applying our seamless integration of business and technical knowledge, will design and build interactive, data-driven forms for your business that will slash transaction processing time and cost. Forms may be developed as interactive PDFs (which require only Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and complete) or as on-line forms accessed via web browsers. In both cases, forms would be integrated with databases, allowing information, entered by the user and validated by the system, to be assimilated instantly into your business processes and management reports. No double-handling. No filing.
Surveys
These technologies can also be applied to surveys. Instead of issuing paper surveys and then reading and collating hand-written information, live surveys offer smart, versatile and low-cost alternative, requiring users only to have access to a web browser or a computer with Adobe Acrobat installed. Reports are produced from the survey database. The technology can also be used to track surveys - to see who has completed a survey, who is in the process of doing so, and who has not yet opened it. This reduces the time and cost of follow-up.
